As manufacturers, we can offer a unique service of colour matching timbers, alterations to designs and the hand painted dial, done by a local artist especially for the individual customer.

We deliver the majority of our clocks direct from the workshop to the customer's home. This is done by a Richard Broad employee who will set up the clock in the desired location and explain how to operate the clock and maintain it.

All our clocks, wooden cases and movements are fully guaranteed for one year.

We offer a maintenance and repair service on all our clocks.
